Michael Semas will be our guest speaker and will present a Pictorial History of the "City of Tulare and Surrounding Communities".

Michael is an accountant and has worked for M. Green and Company, Tulare, CA; Brown and Neuman, Hanford, CA; as well as being a partner with Brown, Neuman and Semas from May 1988-Dec 2007.

Mr. Semas merged with Adair and Evans in Dec. 2007.

He has 26 years of tax preparation of individual and business income tax returns. His client list includes areas of medical, legal, wholesale, retail and agricultural business.

He has published "Postcard History Series, Kings County," 2005, published through Arcadia Publishing.

He has been married 20 years and has two daughters ages 19 and 15.
